Terms, Conditions, and Participation Requirements

 The following Terms & Conditions apply to all private and small-group firearms training services advertised on this website and delivered in Poland.

 

By booking, attending, or participating in any training activity, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

 

1. Scope of Services

 

Fight Armoury LTD (“the Provider”) delivers private 1-to-1 and small-group firearms training exclusively at approved third-party firearms training facilities located in Poland.

 

All training is conducted strictly on a pre-booked and pre-arranged basis.

 

The Provider retains full discretion over training content, structure, duration, sequencing, and delivery method in order to ensure safety, legal compliance, and operational suitability at all times.

 

2. Booking and Confirmation

 

No training date, session, or place is considered confirmed until:

 

• Availability has been confirmed in writing by the Provider; and

• All required documentation has been completed, submitted, and accepted.

 

 

A Liability Waiver / No-Claim Declaration and a Health Declaration Form will be issued to participants and must be completed prior to completion of any booking. Failure to complete required documentation will result in the booking not being confirmed.

 

Training availability is subject to instructor availability, facility access, Polish legal and regulatory requirements, and operational constraints beyond the Provider’s control.

 

3. Eligibility, Legal Status, and Right of Refusal

 

Participation is strictly conditional upon the participant:

 

• Accepting and complying with these Terms & Conditions

• Completing all required pre-session documentation

• Being physically and mentally fit to safely participate

• Following all safety instructions and facility rules

• Being legally permitted to handle and use firearms under applicable Polish law

 

Criminal Record Declaration

 

Participants confirm that they:

 

• Have not been convicted of any criminal offence that would prohibit or restrict their ability to lawfully handle firearms in Poland

• Are not subject to any criminal investigation, court order, firearms prohibition, or restriction in any jurisdiction

• Have a legal record compatible with firearms training and range participation

 

 

The Provider reserves the absolute right to refuse, suspend, or terminate participation, without refund, if a participant is deemed unsafe, unfit, legally ineligible, non-compliant, or disruptive, or if any declaration is found to be false or misleading.

4. Training Location and Legal Compliance

 

All training is conducted at approved firearms training facilities in Poland, selected by the Provider.

 

Participants agree to comply fully with:

 

• All applicable Polish firearms laws and regulations

• Facility rules, procedures, and safety requirements

• All instructor directions without exception

 

Fight Armoury LTD does not own or operate the training facilities and accepts no responsibility for facility-specific policies or operational decisions outside its reasonable control.

5. Equipment

 

Training firearms and associated equipment may be provided by the Provider depending on the specific training program.

 

Use of personal equipment is permitted only with prior written approval and is subject to inspection.

 

The Provider accepts no liability for loss, damage, malfunction, or unsuitability of personal equipment.

 

​6. Health Declaration (Mandatory)

 

All participants must complete a Health Declaration prior to training.

 

Participants confirm that:

 

• All medical and health information disclosed is complete and accurate

• Any condition affecting safe participation has been declared

 

 

Failure to disclose relevant medical or health information may result in immediate exclusion from training and termination of the session without refund.

 

The Provider reserves the right to deny participation where health factors present a safety risk.

7. Safety and Instruction

 

Safety is the overriding priority of all training activities.

 

Participants must:

 

• Follow all instructions immediately and without exception

• Comply with all safety rules and emergency procedures

• Maintain situational awareness at all times

 

 

Any breach of safety rules may result in immediate removal from training.

8. Assumption of Risk

 

Participants acknowledge that firearms training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

 

• Injury from live firearms

• Exposure to loud noise and recoil

• Physical exertion

• Environmental and range-related hazards

 

 

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

9. No-Claim Declaration

 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree not to bring any claim against:

 

• Fight Armoury LTD

• Its directors, employees, instructors, or contractors

• Any approved training facility or its staff

 

 

for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where liability cannot be lawfully excluded.

 

10. Photography, Video Recording, and Media Use

 

10.1 Recording by Participants

 

 

Photography, audio recording, and video recording by participants are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing by Fight Armoury LTD and the training facility.

 

Unauthorised recording may result in immediate removal from training and termination without refund.

 

 

10.2 Recording by the Provider

 

 

Fight Armoury LTD may capture photographs or video recordings during training sessions for training review, quality assurance, or promotional purposes.

 

Participants will be informed in advance where media capture is planned.

 

 

10.3 Consent and Use of Images

 

 

By participating, clients grant permission for the use of images or footage in which they appear unless a written objection is submitted prior to training.

 

Final Participation Condition

Participation in any Fight Armoury LTD training activity is strictly conditional upon:

 

• Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

• Completion of the Liability Waiver and Health Declaration

• Compliance with all safety, legal, and facility requirements

 

 

No exceptions will be made.​
