EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or attending any event organised by Fight Armoury Ltd.
By booking or participating in any Fight Armoury Ltd seminar, workshop, or training event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If anything is unclear, please contact Fight Armoury Ltd prior to booking.
BOOKINGS AND ELIGIBILITY
All bookings must be completed in advance through the official Fight Armoury Ltd website or an authorised booking platform.
Participants must be 16 years of age or older unless otherwise specified for a particular event.
Participants under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to participation.
Bookings are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Fight Armoury Ltd.
Fight Armoury Ltd reserves the right to limit participant numbers in order to maintain training quality and safety.
EVENT STRUCTURE
Fight Armoury Ltd organises seminars, workshops, and training events covering subjects including but not limited to:

Self-defence training
-
Personal safety and situational awareness
-
Knife awareness and defensive principles
-
Public transport safety training
-
Urban safety training
-
Everyday Carry (EDC) concepts
-
Conflict management and personal protection
Events may be delivered in a variety of environments, including but not limited to:

Sports halls and gyms
-
Community centres
-
Outdoor areas
-
Simulated training environments
-
Public transport environments or locations designed to simulate such settings
Fight Armoury Ltd reserves the right to modify event content, instructors, structure, schedule, or location if necessary for safety or operational reasons.
ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT
Participants must arrive on time. Late arrival may result in refusal of participation where joining late would disrupt training or compromise safety.
Participants must wear appropriate clothing suitable for physical activity.
Participants arriving in unsuitable clothing or footwear may not be permitted to participate.
All watches, jewellery, and potentially hazardous items must be removed before training.
Participants should bring water and any required personal equipment, as facilities may vary depending on the venue.
HEALTH AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Fight Armoury Ltd workshops involve physical training, controlled partner exercises, and scenario-based drills.
Participants must ensure they are physically fit to take part in physical activity.
Participants must not attend if they are injured, ill, or medically unfit to participate.
Fight Armoury Ltd reserves the right to request a health declaration prior to participation.
Participants must inform the instructor of any injury or medical condition that could affect training.
INSTRUCTOR AUTHORITY
For the safety of all participants, all instructions given by Fight Armoury Ltd instructors must be followed at all times.
Fight Armoury Ltd instructors reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation if a participant:

behaves in an unsafe manner
-
fails to follow instructions
-
appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs
-
is considered unfit to train
In such cases no refund or rescheduling will be issued.
EQUIPMENT AND TRAINING SAFETY
Certain workshops may involve the use of training equipment or simulated training tools.
Participants must:

use all equipment only as instructed
-
behave responsibly during training exercises
-
immediately report any injury or safety concern
Participants are responsible for their own belongings at all times.
Fight Armoury Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event:
Refunds will not be issued if requested within forty-eight (48) hours of the event start time.
Failure to attend an event will result in forfeiture of the booking.
Requests to move a booking to another event may be considered at the discretion of Fight Armoury Ltd and subject to availability.
If Fight Armoury Ltd cancels an event, participants will be offered:

a place on a future event, or
-
a full refund.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING
Photography and video recording may take place during Fight Armoury Ltd events for:
-
marketing and promotional purposes
-
educational content
-
website and social media use
By attending a Fight Armoury Ltd event, participants acknowledge and consent to the potential use of their image.
Participants who do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings must inform the instructor before the event begins.
CONDUCT AND PARTICIPANT BEHAVIOUR
Participants must behave in a respectful and responsible manner toward:

instructors
-
training partners
-
venue staff
-
members of the public where applicable
The following behaviour may result in immediate removal from the event:

aggressive or abusive conduct
-
unsafe behaviour during training
-
damage to venue property
-
disruptive conduct
No refund will be issued in such cases.
VENUE RESPONSIBILITIES
Fight Armoury Ltd events may take place at third-party venues or public environments.
Participants must comply with:

venue rules and regulations
-
health and safety procedures
-
any public safety regulations applicable to the location
Fight Armoury Ltd is not responsible for venue policies or conditions outside its control.
FORCE MAJEURE
Fight Armoury Ltd shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances outside its control, including but not limited to:

severe weather
-
transport disruptions
-
venue closures
-
government restrictions
Where possible, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the event.
CHANGES TO TERMS
Fight Armoury Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will apply to all bookings and participation in events.
