FIGHT CAMP
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking your place at the Fight Armoury Ltd Fight Camp in Poland, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Deposit

A nonrefundable deposit of £200 is required to secure your place at the Fight Armoury Ltd Fight Camp.
The deposit must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your participation.
The remaining balance of the booking fee must be paid by the specified deadline to confirm full participation in the event.

2. Nature of the Event

The Fight Armoury Ltd Fight Camp is a physical training event that involves active participation in contact-based activities.
As this is a contact event, all participants acknowledge that there is inherent risk of injury, and Fight Armoury Ltd does not guarantee that participants will be free from injury during the camp.
Participants are made aware that firearms training will be a part of the camp, and firearms will be used in the training sessions. All participants must follow strict safety protocols and instructions provided by the trainers and organizers at all times.

3. Health and Fitness

Participants must be in good physical health and able to participate in strenuous physical activities.
You agree to complete a health and medical disclosure form prior to participating in the event, which will outline any medical conditions or health concerns you may have.
Participants confirm they are of sound mind and physically capable of participating in all aspects of the event.
If you have any medical conditions or concerns that may affect your ability to safely participate, you must inform the organizers before the event. Fight Armoury Ltd reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who, in their sole discretion, is deemed unfit to participate due to health or fitness concerns.

4. Liability Waiver

By attending the Fight Armoury Ltd Fight Camp, you acknowledge and agree that you are participating at your own risk.
Fight Armoury Ltd, its trainers, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the event, including those arising from firearms training or physical contact activities.
Participants are encouraged to have adequate personal insurance to cover any potential accidents or injuries.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The £200 deposit is nonrefundable under any circumstances.
If a participant needs to cancel their booking, they must notify Fight Armoury Ltd in writing as soon as possible.
If the event is cancelled by Fight Armoury Ltd, a full refund, including the deposit, will be issued.
If a participant cancels after paying the full event fee but after 16 June (two weeks before the start date), no refund will be issued.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants must adhere to all safety protocols, rules, and guidelines established by Fight Armoury Ltd.
Any behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate by the event organizers will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
Participants are expected to show respect for fellow participants, trainers, and staff at all times.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Fight Armoury Ltd reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance of the event.
