This International Women's Day, we're running a 1-hour women's self-defence taster class, and it's not what you think. No martial arts. No fitness test. Just real, practical techniques you'll actually remember, taught by an instructor in a safe and welcoming space.
In 60 minutes you'll learn how to read a situation before it escalates, break a grab, use your voice as your first line of defence, and move with calm confidence when it counts.
