If you were on a night out with friends in a pub, restaurant or enclosed crowded indoor area and something were to happen, how prepared would you be at defending yourself and loved ones? This is the chance to find out! By being taken out of the training hall, out of your usual training clothes, we are giving you a taste of real-life self defense situations.
